G2 Wiring Kit   G2 Wiring Kit

We do offer an optional wiring kit for the G2.  It comes in a 2 circuit or 3 circuit version depending on how many actuators you have.  The kit includes a plate that mounts behind the hitch of the G2 which holds a battery box housing two 12v. batteries and circuit board with relays, heavy duty pendant style control, and wires that run back to the actuators.  This wiring kit makes the electrical setup for your G2 as easy as pie.  Simply mount the kit, run included wires back to your actuators, charge the batteries overnight and you are off and running.  Folks love the fact that this unit includes an independent power source so that you don't need to rely on what can be the somewhat weak electrical systems found on many tow vehicles.  Additionally, not being hard wired into a tow vehicle makes it easy to have your tow vehicle available for other uses or to change tow vehicles.

$600.00 for 2 Circuit version or $650.00 for 3 Circuits.  Shipping charge is additional.

G2 Gooseneck Hitch   G2 Gooseneck Hitch

Want to improve the turning radius of your G2 setup?  Our gooseneck hitch will do just the trick.  Works like a standard trailer style gooseneck by moving the pivot point from the back of your sled to just behind the seat which is closer to the sleds natural center of gravity.  The Gooseneck also makes it simpler to turn in tight spots as well as easier to unhitch should you get stuck.  Comes equipped with a 1-7/8" ball coupler.  Hitch ball sold separately.

$380.00 plus shipping.

Skidoo Skandic Ball Mount   G2 Skidoo Skandic Ball Mount

We stock a ball mount for the Skidoo Skandic.  $65.00 plus shipping.  Ball mounts for other sled models are available by custom order.

G2 Snow Scratcher Front View   G2 Snow Scratchers   G2 Snow Scratcher Rear View

What's in a name?  The Snow Scratchers do just that, they scratch the surface of the snow no matter the conditions.  The idea for this attachment came from a good friend of ours who wanted something that would soften up his skiing surface in even the worst of freeze/thaw conditions.  It turns out that they worked so well he found himself "grooming" his icy parking lot to give the cars there a surface that could be grabbed onto.  The Snow Scratchers work like this:  the finger tines of the scratchers "scratch" the surface of your ski trail just enough to create a fine layer of snow that can be combed out by the G2.  The thin layer of snow provides icy skating lanes with "grab."  This makes the Snow Scratchers an ideal tool for buffing out a skate lane at any time of day without having to worry about softening the base.

Although the idea for the Scratchers came from icy conditions, we have found that they are also invaluable for early and late season grooming as well.  With the Snow Scratchers attached, you can begin working your snow sooner than you could with teeth on the G2 or any other groomer.  Because the tines of the Snow Scratchers are soft, they flex as your terrain undulates allowing them to easily move over an uneven trail surface.  Thus, you don't incur any of the scalping that can come with early season grooming.  Additionally, this flex action prevents the Scratchers from mixing in grass, rocks or twigs into your early season snow surface.

$325.00 per pair plus shipping.

Depth Control System

Depth Control System (DCS)

New for 2011-2012

The Depth Control System is a height adjustable component which attaches to the G2 tooth bar that allows you to set a fixed cutting depth. Combined with the G2's stiff, hardened steel teeth, the DCS provides cutting control that has never been available before. The system easily allows you to maintain a consistent renovation depth as the terrain varies without frequent tooth bar depth adjustments. Consistency of cut provides a big advantage for novice groomers and is greatly valued by seasoned groomers. The ability to renovate at a fixed depth without tooth diving due to changes in terrain creates greater efficiency as you are putting less load on the snowmobile. Less drag on your sled means lower fuel costs, less wear and tear and better product output at higher grooming speeds.

The Depth Control System adds a fifth stage to the G2's snow working system which further enhances the already remarkable snow moving capability of the G2. The DCS allows for the rolling mound of snow ahead of the teeth to move more easily from side to side creating a better width leveling effect. This creates a flatter surface across your trail. Additionally, the tooth bar is less likely to plug up with sticky high-moisture snow. You can roll a consistent 4" - 10" snow pile in front of the Depth Control System with much less risk of a sudden snow build-up which causes more drag and potential tooth bar tripping. More free flowing snow means fewer holes, a smoother skiing surface and a better skiing experience!

The DCS comes stock on all 2012 G2 models and is available as a retrofit kit for older models.

Depth Control System Retrofit Kit $195 plus shipping.

Track Renovator

Track Renovator

New for 2011-2012

The Track Renovator simplifies resetting classic track in any snow conditions. The unit attaches to the G2 tooth bar in front of the TrackSetter and has teeth which extend 1-1/2” below the teeth on the G2. This allows you to rip deeper only in the area of your classic track which greatly reduces the drag exerted on your sled. Thus, track resetting which used to take up to 4 passes to accomplish can now be done in 1 to 2 passes in most conditions.

Track Renovator $295 plus shipping.
